Overview

Safety is our number 1 priority at Galaxy Games & Golf.

Because of this, we are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of all guests.

The process is similar to normal, but there are some new things to expect.

We are not currently taking reservations, you simply need to walk in!

Masks are strongly encouraged.

All parties must maintain a six-foot social distance at all times.

Golf admission and tokens can be only be purchased at the front counter.

We will try to pick the right sized club for you based on your height.  If you need a different size, simply place your club in the proper receptacle to be sanitized and request a new club size.

Token machines are disabled due to sanitation concerns.  Tokens must be ordered from the front counter and will be given to you in pre-counted in cups.

The FunGym is still closed but will hopefully reopen soon!

All sanitization efforts throughout the facility have been increased in order to ensure the safety of all of our guests.

For more details, check out the information below!

Golf

Golf can be purchased at the front counter.

The 18 hole adventure golf course is $6.99 for adults and $5.99 for kids (12 & under).

The 9 hole FunGolf is closed for the remainder of the season.

In order to avoid raising our regular golf admission prices, everyone who enters the golf course (but is not playing), will pay a $3 spectator fee.

If you enjoyed playing the course so much that you would like to play again, it is only $2 more!

After purchasing your golf admission, you will pick out your golf ball color and receive your scorecard.

We will pick a putter for you based on your height and hand it to you.  If it is not the correct size, place it in the proper receptacle (to the right of the front counter) and we will sanitize it for reuse.

The maximum party size for golfing is 10 people.  If you have a group of more than ten, you must divide your group into smaller groups of 10 people or less in order to golf.

While golfing, you must stay 6 feet away from all other parties.  If you purchase golf admission immediately after another party, you should wait 5-10 minutes before starting your game in order to ensure proper social distancing.

If you are behind a slower group than you, you may ask for permission to play through.

Masks are not required on the golf course as long as you remain six feet away from all other parties.

After you are finished golfing, place your putter in the proper receptacle in order to be sanitized.

Golf balls are collected at the end of the day and are sanitized at night.

Putters are sanitized after each use.

Golf pencils and scorecards are thrown away after each use.

In order to comply with COVID-19 regulations and to ensure the utmost safety of our guests, we have inserted pool noodles into the bottom of the golf cup holes.

These are for the safety of our guests, please do not remove them.  They will allow you to pick up your golf ball with your putter without touching the inside of the cup.  This contactless method will help stop the spread of the virus.

Arcade

In order to maintain proper social distancing, games have been rearranged and every other game has been disabled.

Tokens are sanitized after every use.  Token machines have been disabled to prevent the spread of the virus.

Tokens must be purchased at the register.  Tokens will be dispensed in precounted cups.

Rather than waiting in line at the redemption area, please wait line by the dining room in order to maintain proper social distancing.

In order to maintain the highest level of safety for our employees and guests in the arcade, we have implemented the following policies:

-EPA approved disinfectant wipes available for wiping down surfaces

-Arcade games rearranged and disabled in order to maintain social distancing

-More frequent sanitization of all high touch surfaces including buttons, coin entry doors, ticket dispensers, play surfaces, game control handles, ticket eaters, etc.

-No returns or testing offered for redemption prizes.    Redemption prizes are bagged and handed to guests in order to ensure minimal hand to hand contact..

Food and drink

We are serving only a limited menu of:

-Pizza

-Brats

-Hot dogs

-Nachos

-Soft drinks

All food receptacles such as pitchers, trays, and pizza trays are washed and sanitized after each use.

Team members are required to wear a mask and gloves while cooking.

All self serve areas have been removed for the safety of our guests.  All orders will be served with the napkins.

Cutlery is provided in individually packaged wrappers.  If you need condiments, please let us know and we will get them for you.

Sanitization and safety

Here are some of the things that we are doing:

-Increased sanitization.  Sanitizing is our new favorite activity!  We have increased the frequency of sanitization of high touch areas such as door handles and doors, counter tops, sinks, toilets, register counter, tables, chairs, common areas and more.

If you notice that something is damp, do not worry, it is simply our sanitizer at work.  It must air dry for 10 minutes in order to be effective.

-Golf clubs and golf balls are sanitized after each use.  There will now be an area to drop off putters and golf balls when you are finished so that they can be sanitized.

-Enforcing social distancing.  All parties are expected to be 6 feet apart at all times.  We have clearly marked the areas for waiting in line so that guests are comfortable.  We have spaced out all indoor and outdoor tables with six feet of space in between each table.

We have ensured that walkways have enough room to keep 6 feet from other guests as everyone passes through.  Because social distancing cannot be used at the register area, we have installed a barrier for the safety of our employees and the guests.

-Employee assessments and training.  All employees are trained on the proper sanitization techniques in order to ensure the safety of the guest and of themselves.

All employees are required to take a health assessment before starting their shift, wear masks at all times, and frequently wash hands or use hand sanitizer throughout the day and before and after assisting a guest.\

We have put a great deal of thought and time into how we can keep our employees and guests safe while still providing the same level of fun that our guests expect.

We believe that now is the time for everyone to return to the social activities that they used to enjoy.

So get those kids out of the house and let them burn some extra energy on our golf course today!

We hope to see you soon!
